Respond to a notice

CopycatProtect is software. The notice your site received was prepared and sent by the owner of the original content, who confirmed each statement in it. If you believe it is mistaken — the content is yours, you have permission, or the use is lawful — tell them here. Quote the reference printed on the notice (it looks like CCP-N-1A2B3C4D).

We pass your response to that sender and keep it with the notice. We do not decide disputes. If your host has already acted on the notice, the formal route is a counter-notice to your host under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g); you can tick the box below to tell the sender you have sent one.
